Malai Kofta Recipe

INGREDIENTS OF MALAI KOFTA

1/2 cup and 1 teaspoon paneer

3 medium tomato

1/3 cup and 2 teaspoon cashews

3 tablespoon melon seeds

3/4 teaspoon poppy seeds

3/4 teaspoon ginger

3/4 teaspoon garlic

1/2 teaspoon green cardamom

3/4 teaspoon red bean stew powder

3 squeezes salt

3/4 tablespoon mustard oil

3 tablespoon yogurt (curd)

1 and 1/2 teaspoon universally handy flour

1 and 1/2 tablespoon crisp cream

3/4 teaspoon garam masala powder

1 and 1/2 bundle coriander leaves

1 and 1/2 green cardamom

Step by step instructions to MAKE MALAI KOFTA

Stage 1/4

To make this flavorful Malai kofta formula, pressure cook the tomatoes with cashew nuts, melon seeds, poppy seeds, ginger, green cardamoms, red bean stew powder, salt and 1 tbsp oil.
